Join us at Cottage Place for the Lunch Club, at another of the weekly activities or on one of our group outings – the choice is completely yours! We can provide information on Community Transport too if you have difficulty getting around on your own.
Our City centre weekday Lunch Club is a fantastic place for older people in the Chelmsford area who are looking to socialise while enjoying a nutritious cooked meal. Clients reach us on foot, or by bus, car, taxi or Community Transport.
In addition to our regular lunch service we offer periodic extra social activities and host clubs at the centre during the week. We also arrange occasional outings and trips plus other special events throughout the year.
If you’re looking for a fully-equipped, accessible, event venue in central Chelmsford, you can hire our purpose-built hall and kitchen, booking by the hour. Ideal for regular groups, classes, workshops or one-off special occasions.
